Twenty-five years ago, in April of 1985,
Penn and Heather Clark left their home and native land to become
missionaries here in the United States. Penn began as full-time church
planter in northern New York but since then, God has taken him to many
of the neediest places on earth to help establish safe churches and
networks - all geared to preparing God's people for the great end-time
harvest.
Penn and Heather pastored Rhema Fellowship in Lowville, New
York for over 21 years and gave oversight to churches within the
Mennonite Church for much of that time. In 2001, they formed Word of
Grace Network, which is now based in Penn Yan, New York.
In 2009 the began working to establish WellSpring
Fellowship.
Pastor Phil and LaReta Riehl were raised in this area and had been
part of a Mennonite church before being introduced to the newness of life that
comes from receiving the baptism with the Holy Spirit. Since then, they have
been growing in grace and entered the ministry in 2005. They own and operate Oak
Hill Bulk Food Store which is just outside of Penn Yan.
They
have a growing family of four who are all interested in missions.
